Parking is free. Please let us know if you will be coming by car when making your reservation.
Up to 40 cars can be parked.If you are coming with a large vehicle, a parking fee of 1,000 yen per car will be charged.

QDo you have a pick-up service?

We are sorry, but we do not offer a pick-up service.

QCan children stay in the same bed as their parents?

A

Children under 3 years old can share a bed with their parents for free.
Children between 3 and 6 years old can stay for 1,000 yen each.
Children 7 years old and over are treated the same as adults and cannot share a bed with other guests.

QDo you have a bathroom and toilet?

A

Bathroom and toilet are located in the room, There is no public bath in the hotel.

QCan I check in after 11pm?

If your check-in time is later than 11pm, please inform the hotel in advance.

QCan I see Mt. Fuji from the room?

A

You can see part of Mt. Fuji from the balcony of your room.
You can see a beautiful view of Mt. Fuji from the hotel entrance and the windows in the 4th floor corridor.
However, it may not be visible depending on the weather.

You can pay by both cash and credit card.

QDo you provide extra beds?

Extra beds are not available.

QCan four people stay in the same room?

We do not have a room that can accommodate four people. Please divide the room into two rooms.

QCan I check out early in the morning?

You can check out even in the early morning.

QWhat is the latest check-out time?

Please check out of your room by 10am. check-out time can be extended until 11:00.
In that case, an additional 1,000 yen will be charged.

QCan I pay later if I'm staying as a group?

Please pay in advance by bank transfer or upon check-in.

QCan large vehicles use the parking lot?

Parking spaces for large vehicles are limited. Please contact the hotel in advance.
If you arrive without contacting us, we may refuse parking.
